My journey
My journey into fitness was born from one of the most difficult chapters of my life. At 25, I went through a painful divorce that left me feeling broken, lost, and unsure of who I was. Picking myself back up wasn’t easy — but I knew I had two choices: stay stuck in my pain or rebuild myself stronger than ever. I chose the second path. Fitness became my therapy, my outlet, and eventually, my passion. Through every workout and every small victory, I began to find my confidence again — not just in my body, but in my mind and spirit. It taught me that true strength isn’t just physical; it’s built from resilience, self-respect, and the decision to never give up on yourself. That personal transformation inspired me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, so I could help other women experience that same freedom and confidence. My mission is to empower women to care for their bodies without restriction, guilt, or unsustainable “quick fixes.” I believe in creating healthy habits that last — ones that nurture both physical and mental well-being. Today, as a fitness influencer and coach, I’m proud to share not just workouts and nutrition tips, but a message of self-love, balance, and strength. Because when women learn to move their bodies with purpose and fuel themselves with care, they don’t just change their physiques — they rediscover who they truly are.

Hi, I’m Leslie - a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness influencer dedicated to helping women build confidence, strength, and lasting results through healthy, sustainable habits. My journey began during one of the hardest times in my life. At 25, I went through a painful divorce after discovering my partner had been unfaithful. I felt lost, insecure, and unsure of who I was. But I made a promise to myself - that I would take that pain and turn it into power. I threw myself into fitness, not just to change my body, but to heal my mind. With every workout, I rebuilt my strength, my confidence, and my sense of purpose. Fitness became more than a routine; it became my lifeline, my therapy, and ultimately, my calling. Today, I help women do the same - to rise above their struggles, rediscover their worth, and create a life they love through movement and mindful nutrition. My coaching philosophy is simple: no crash diets, no restriction, no punishment - just balance, strength, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. Whether your goal is to get lean, feel confident, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Becoming a new mom to my beautiful baby boy has been the greatest joy of my life and another powerful reason I stay committed to my health. Motherhood has shown me a whole new kind of strength - one that goes far beyond the gym. I want to show women that fitness and motherhood can coexist, and that by caring for ourselves, we’re also teaching our children how to live healthy, happy lives.
